BLSCU offers junior savings accounts. If you are a parent / grandparent and wish to save for your child / grandchild - then please download and complete this form. Supporting documentation wil be required when submitting this application.
To apply for a loan with BLSCU, whether a new loan or to rewuest a top up loan - please download, print and complete this form. supporting documentation will be required when submitting your application. Please download and complete this form to set up a standing order to make regular payments from your bank account. Once completed / signed, please forward via post/email to our offices. Please note that if you have telephone banking / online banking - you can set these payments up direct. NB. If you are setting up your payments direct with your bank, please ensure that you quote your membership number and full name as a reference.
If you work for selected employers ( See payroll page for more info ) you can have savings deducted direct from your pay each week / month and credited to your credit union account. Please download this form to set up your payments or change your existing payments. Once completed / signed - please post or email to our offices.
If you would like to withdraw funds from your account - either via cheque or BACS, then please complete this form and send / deliver to our offices. If you are not as yet set up for BACS transfers, you will need to pop in to one of our branches / collection points in person with supporting identification to set this up initially before any future payments via BACS are made. Once your account details are set up for BACS, future withdrawals can be made via telephone.
If you have recently moved address, changed name or wish to change your beneficiary account details, etc then please complete this form and send it to the office. Please note we will require supporting documentation i.e copy marriage certificate for change of name, a utility bill / bank statement showing your new address.
If you wish to allow another individual access to your account, please complete this form. Please not that access will only allow a persoin to check balances / payments on to the account. They will not be able to request withdrawals transfer of funds e.t.c
